  • 40% non-refundable booking retainer | 30% post-event | 30% before final delivery
  • all packages include round-trip flights for the team from Islamabad, ground transport within UAE (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras al Khaimah, Fujairah), and accommodation for the duration of coverage
  • destination coverage outside UAE (Oman, Bahrain, KSA, Qatar) priced separately on inquiry
  • we recommend booking 4–6 months in advance. peak demand runs October through March
  • multi-event bundling within irasat is already included. dastaan + mehfil combinations: 12% off second event
  • we limit our calendar to 12 weddings per year to ensure dedicated attention to every booking
