By submitting the Event Booking & Confirmation Form, the Client agrees to the following Terms & Conditions set by Musanna Ahmed.

1. Booking & Confirmation

Submission of the booking form is only an expression of intent. No verbal bookings or informal confirmations will be entertained. A booking is considered confirmed only when the first invoice is paid. Until payment of the first invoice is received, Musanna Ahmed is not obligated to reserve the date. Event dates are secured strictly on a first-paid basis.

2. Scope of Work

Coverage details (event dates, timings, venue, package, and deliverables) are based on the information provided by the Client. Any changes must be communicated in writing (WhatsApp is acceptable) and are subject to availability. Additional coverage, overtime, or services may incur additional charges (conditional).

3. Event Timings & Delays

Coverage begins and ends as per the agreed time slot. Delays caused by the Client, guests, venue management, or unforeseen circumstances may reduce coverage time without liability on Musanna Ahmed. Overtime is subject to availability and will be charged separately.

4. Payments & Invoicing

All invoices are issued in USD. Payment may be made by international bank transfer, Wise, or Payoneer. Any sending, intermediary, or currency conversion fees are borne by the Client, and the invoiced amount must be received in full. The first invoice payment is mandatory for confirmation and reservation of dates. Full payment must be cleared before final deliverables are released. Prices are subject to revision until the booking is confirmed through payment.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

In case of cancellation by the Client, any amount paid is non-refundable. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional charges. In case of emergencies or unavoidable circumstances, Musanna Ahmed reserves the right to adjust schedules or delivery timelines.

6. Creative Style & Editing

The Client acknowledges familiarity with the Musanna Ahmed portfolio and style. Editing, colour grading, music selection, and storytelling remain at the creative discretion of Musanna Ahmed. Requests beyond the agreed scope are subject to mutual agreement and charged additionally.

7. Delivery Timeline

Photographs: estimated delivery is up to 4 weeks after the Client submits final image selections. Videos: estimated delivery is up to 8 weeks after the Client submits final music/song selections. Delays caused by late selections from the Client may extend delivery timelines. During peak wedding seasons, timelines may be extended and will be duly communicated.

8. Data Storage & Archiving

Raw data, project files, and backups are archived for up to 6 months after final delivery. After this period, Musanna Ahmed is not responsible for loss, corruption, or unavailability of any data. Clients are strongly advised to back up all delivered files immediately upon receipt.

9. Equipment, Data Loss & Limitation of Liability

Photography and videography involve electronic equipment such as cameras, memory cards, hard drives, and storage devices, which are subject to technical failure. While Musanna Ahmed follows industry-standard backup and data-handling practices, equipment malfunction, data corruption, or data loss can occur despite best efforts. In the unlikely event of partial or complete data loss due to equipment failure, theft, damage, or circumstances beyond our control, the liability of Musanna Ahmed is limited to the amount paid for the affected event. The Client agrees that no further claims, compensation, or damages may be pursued beyond this limit.

10. Usage & Rights

Musanna Ahmed retains the right to use photographs and videos for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Client is granted personal usage rights.

11. Local Crew & Venue Requirements

International coverage is executed by vetted local crew under the direction of Musanna Ahmed, who retains creative control over editing, colour grading, and final delivery. Where a venue requires a certificate of insurance, vendor registration, or similar documentation, the Client must notify Musanna Ahmed at the time of booking. Musanna Ahmed is not liable for coverage prevented by venue requirements disclosed after the booking is confirmed.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or the services provided shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan. This applies regardless of the Client's country of residence or the location of the event.

13. Acceptance of Terms

Submission of the booking form with the required checkbox ticked constitutes full and binding acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all services provided by Musanna Ahmed.
